Casserole with rice and mushrooms

Ingredients:

1.1 lb (500 g) rice
2 eggs
9 oz (250 g) hard cheese
1.1 lb (500 g) mushrooms (Agaricus)
2 onions
Salt, pepper

Method:

1.Boil the rice in salted water.
2.Slice the mushrooms, peel the onions, and cut them into small pieces.
3.Fry the onions and then the mushrooms.
4.Mix the rice with half of the cheese (grated using a grater with large holes).
5.Grease a baking mold with butter, add half of the rice, then the mushrooms with onions, and then the other half of the rice. Drizzle with the rest of the grated cheese, and add some mushrooms.
6.Bake for 15 minutes.
